PM Cona Industries Ltd has initiated the process for an initial public offering (IPO) by submitting preliminary documents to Sebi. This IPO features a fresh issuance of equity shares valued at up to Rs 120 crore, alongside an offer for sale from a promoter. The funds raised will facilitate various expenditures, notably the opening of new showrooms.

NTPC Ltd has declared a final dividend of Rs 3,393.83 crore, contributing to a total of Rs 8,727 crore for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend represents 35 percent of the company's paid-up equity share capital. The company has now paid dividends for 33 consecutive years to its shareholders. NTPC aims to increase its generation capacity from over 91 GW to 149 GW by 2032.
