German Green Steel made a modest stock market debut, listing at a 3% premium to its IPO price of Rs 139. The Rs 303.90 crore issue, comprising a fresh issue and offer for sale, was subscribed 30.42 times. The IPO was subscribed 23.98 times by retail investors and 56.77 times by NIIs.
