HD Fire Protect has fixed the price band for its Rs 712.31 crore IPO at Rs 258-271 per share. The issue will open on October 13 and close on October 15, 2026. Entirely an offer for sale, the IPO will see promoters sell 2.63 crore shares, with the company receiving no proceeds from the issue.
