Paramotor Digital Technology has filed updated draft IPO papers with Sebi for a Rs 1,000 crore issue, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 698 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 302 crore. The fintech company plans to use the proceeds primarily for customer acquisition, technology development and business expansion.
