The Sensex fell 242 points to 72,529 as five BSE Healthcare Index stocks touched fresh 52-week lows. Medico Remedies, Pfizer, AstraZeneca Pharma India, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India and Eris Lifesciences recorded their lowest prices in a year.
