NTPC Ltd has declared a final dividend of Rs 3,393.83 crore, contributing to a total of Rs 8,727 crore for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend represents 35 percent of the company's paid-up equity share capital. The company has now paid dividends for 33 consecutive years to its shareholders. NTPC aims to increase its generation capacity from over 91 GW to 149 GW by 2032.
