Oil prices rose for a third straight session as China halted fuel exports and the US weighed additional military deployments to the Middle East. Brent crude rose 0.26% to $102.58 a barrel, while WTI gained 0.04% to $92.91. Markets also assessed tighter fuel supplies and rising geopolitical risks.
