UBS has acquired a 4.8% stake in 360 ONE WAM by exercising 2.05 crore warrants and paying around Rs 1,584 crore. The transaction follows a partnership announced in April 2025, under which UBS agreed to sell its Indian onshore wealth management business to the Mumbai-based firm for about $32 million.
